VON GOEBEN 2.RH.No28" above and "HUNDERTJAHRFEIER" below, reverse with a crowned cypher flanked by the dates "1813" and "1913" inside a wreath of oak leaves and laurel leaves, 31.5 mm, original frayed black and white ribbon with pinback, light contact, near extremely fine.
