Silvered bronze, obverse illustrating a tilted swastika in the centre, inscribed "REICHSBUND FÜR LEIBESÜBUNGEN" (Reichsbund of Physical Education) above and "DEM SIEGER" (The Winner) below, the inscriptions separated by six-pointed stars on either side, reverse illustrating the Garmisch-Partenkirchen coat-of-arms in the centre, inscribed "DEUTSCHE WINTERSPORT-MEISTERSCHAFTEN 1935" (German Winter Sports Championships) above and "GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN" below, 96 mm, spotting on the obverse, near extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, recessed medal bed, wear evident on the lining on the inside lid and on the hinged area, case very fine.
