Black typewriter face on a thin white paper stock, receiving date stamped in red ink "13. Mai 1936" (May 13, 1936) above "5. Mai 1936." (May 5, 1936), addressed to "SS-Standartenoberjunker", stating "Diekmann, August / (SS-Nr. 183 917 - III/SS Deutschland) / der ss-Verfügungstrupppe / SS-Unterstrurmführer" and dated "20. April 1936." (April 20, 1936), signature and initials stamped in faded blue ink at the lower right, chart stamped in faded blue ink with the top line marked "SS-Ausweis" (SS Badge) initialled at the lower left, 208 mm x 296 mm, horizontal fold mark, two-hole punched in the left margin, exhibiting streaking and creasing at the top, along with tearing in the lower left corner, better than very fine.
