Buckle has a two-piece construction, in fire gilt bronze on the right end, unmarked reverse, illustrating the Bavarian crown surrounded by a wreath of laurel leaves, the buckle measuring 48.5 mm, with matching receiving clip on the left end. Belt is fabricated from a fine aluminum wire in a thatched pattern with two rows of blue embroidered dashes on the upper, gray wool backer, smooth finished brown leather tab stitched in place on the underside at the left end, the tab with eight rows of two holes each for length adjustment and marked "92" in pencil, one slider on the belt and measuring 46 mm x 1,030 mm. Fabric interruption, along with soiling and wear present on the upper, mothing evident on the reverse. Very fine.
