What's a max bid?

A Belgian Commemorative Medal for Foreign Operations in Korea - Bronze, engraver marked "J. DEMART. 51" on the reverse, bronze, 37.7 mm, faded original ribbon with dual prong pinback, near extremely fine. Footnote: The medal was instituted on September 26, 1951 and awarded to Belgian soldiers who volunteered for service in Korea. Two battalions of Belgian volunteer troops, each of 900 men, served in Korea during the Korean War, the second battalion remaining until 1955. In total, no more than 3,500 medals were awarded.
