What's a max bid?

A DRL (German League of the Reich for Physical Exercise/Deutscher Reichsbund für Leibesübungen) bronze grade sports badge with its matching stick pin; 1) The badge in bronze; the obverse with an oval oak leaf wreath, with a bow and a mobile swastika on the bottom and “DRL” in script in the centre; vertical pinback; marked “Hensler, Pforzheim” and “DRGM 36269” on the reverse; measuring 48.56 mm x 39.25 mm; weighing 21.9 grams. 2) The stick pin in bronze; maker marked “Wernstein, Jena” on the reverse; measuring 16 mm x 13 mm; overall extremely fine condition.
