What's a max bid?

In silvered tombac, unmarked, 8.5 mm x 8.7 mm, on a 49 mm pin, extremely fine. On its card of issue, printed in black ink with the "LDO" (Administration of German Orders Manufacturers) insignia and numbered "0041" on the obverse, disclaimer on the reverse, card also extremely fine.
