What's a max bid?

Brooch in silver, 65.3mm, weighs 19 grams, with excellent crisp details, reverse hallmarked "875" and "HG", along with another, unknown mark (lady's head profile), probably of Baltic manufacture, circa 1940., excellent quality and rare.
