A grouping of two first and second war German awards, consisting of 1) A Hindenburg Cross with Swords (Commemorative Cross for the War 1914/18); in bronzed metal (magnetic); on loop for suspension; maker marked CEJ” on the reverse; with its period original full length ribbon; measuring 37.36 mm x 37.33 mm; weighing 14.7 grams, and 2) A 25-Year Civil Faithful Service Medal; on loop for suspension; with its period original cornflower blue ribbon with its horizontal pinback sewn onto the reverse; measuring 41.18 mm x 40.96 mm; weighing 22.4 grams; accompanied by its matching medal ribbon bar, consisting of a Hindenburg cross ribbon with swords and a Civil Long Service ribbon with a 25-Year award miniature; rare bakelite core; horizontal pinback; measuring 31 mm x 18; overall very fine condition.
