Consisting of 1) An Iron Cross 1914 Second Class; white metal cross pattée of multi-piece construction with a blackened iron core (magnetic) within a white metal ribbed border; on loop for suspension; with its period original ribbon; the obverse with a raised central “W” with the re-institution date “1914” in raised numbering on the lower arm, and a raised Prussian crown on the upper arm; the reverse with a central oak leaf stem consisting of three oak leaves, with the original institution date “1813” in raised numbering on the lower arm, and a raised Prussian crown on the upper arm, with “FW” in raised lettering directly below; measuring 42.20 mm x 42.42mm. 2) An Order of Albert; 1st Class Knight; white enameled Latin cross of multi-piece construction, with crossed swords and an oak-leaf wreath between the arms of the cross; the obverse with a circular white enamel medallion bearing the silver gilt head of Albert, within a blue enameled edge inscribed “Albertus Animosus” (Albert the Bold) in gilded lettering; the reverse with a similar circular central white enameled medallion, bearing the crown of Saxony with a blue enameled edge dated “1850” in gilt; maker marked “R” for “Alfred Rösner”; measuring 44.09 mm x 38.39 mm. 3) A Combatant’s Friedrich August Cross 1914; in blackened metal (magnetic); measuring 39.08 mm x 39.47 mm. 4) A Combatant’s Hindenburg Cross; in bronzed metal (magnetic); 37.33 mm x 37.63 mm. 5) A Second War German Social Welfare Award; in gilded bronze and white enamels; with a national eagle in black enameled placed centrally on the obverse of the award; measuring 40.01 mm x 40.02 mm; 6) A Prussian Reserve 20-Year Long Service Decoration; 1st Class Cross; silver cross pattee with a gilt core depicting the royal cypher on the obverse, with a similar gilt core on the reverse depicting “XX” for 20-Years of Service; measuring 38.92 mm x 38.70 mm; all awards with their extremely well preserved, period-original ribbons; dark blue wool backer; horizontal pinback; magnetic core; maker marked using a small sign that is sewn to the reverse, reading “Stempel Reich, Breslau, Ring 55”; measuring 173 mm x 68 mm in total; extremely fine condition.
