What's a max bid?

Mounted to suspension with swing bar pinback, original ribbons, dark patinas on the obverse of the silver medals, tarnishing evident on the obverse of the BWM and ALSGCM, better than very fine. In a hardshelled pen set presentation case, extensively scuffed exterior, case fair.
