What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A First War 25th Infantry Battalion "Victoria Rifles" Cap Badge - Browning brass, unmarked, 48 mm x 49.2 mm, intact lugs, left tip of the maple leaf bent forward slightly, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Battalion was raised in Nova Scotia and mobilized in Halifax under the authority of G.O. 36, March 15, 1915. The Battalion sailed May 20, 1915 under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel G.A. LeCain with a strength of 42 officers and 1,081 other ranks. The Battalion served in France and Belgium with the 5th Infantry Brigade, 2nd Canadian Division. It was disbanded on September 15, 1920. (C:4)
