What's a max bid?

A First War Commonwealth "Hate" Belt - This fabric belt has an embroidered beige, brown and black upper with a mesh burlap backer, a clip with dual hooks on the right end and a clip with large dual receiving eyes on the left end, with thirty-one badges items attached: ten cap badges, seven collar tabs, eleven shoulder titles and three buttons. Surface oxidation and undulation evident on a few badges, better than very fine.
