What's a max bid?

A First War DSO Trio - MID at Vimy Ridge - An Interesting D.S.O. and WW1 Pair, Distinguished Service Order, George V, WWI War and Victory Medals with MID leaf, (impressed: LT. COL. W. GRASSIE.), court mounted for display. EF. Footnote: William Grassie was born on 27th July 1872 in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. He joined the 43rd Canadian Highlander Battalion. CEF on 18th December 1914 as a Major, having seen previous service of five years in 79th C.H. of C. and 3 years in Hamilton Field Battery. On 9-10-1916 he became T/ Lt. Colonel to command the 43rd Battalion. Received three MID’s from Sir Douglas Haig on 13th November 1916, 9th April 1917 (Vimy Ridge) and 7th November 1917.
