What's a max bid?

Die-stamped insignia on the front panel of the magnetic silvered metal base, the insignia illustrating an artillery shell with a black enamelled Iron Cross 1914, with a stripe above the cross inscribed "FLEISSIGE BERTA" (Little Bertha) and two blank stripes below, voided capsule-shaped openings on the side panels, 41 mm x 61 mm x 19.5 mm, surface rust evident on the front panel, contact marks from active use throughout, better than very fine.
