What's a max bid?

Silver frame, with iron core, magnetic, maker marked "KO" (Königliches Munzamt Orden, Berlin) and engraved "Otto Mayer" in large Gothic letters on the reverse, 43.5 mm, vertical pinback, crazing in the black paint on the arms, scattered tarnishing in the silver portions, better than very fine.
