What's a max bid?

A First War King's African Rifles Distinguished Conduct Medal Group - WWI "Portuguese East Africa" (Mozambique) DCM Group; Distinguished Conduct Medal, George V (1851 Cpl CHAPOTERA. 1/2 K.A.R.); British War Medal (1851 CPL CHEBOTELA); and Victory Medal (1851 CPL CHEBOTELA). Naming is impressed on all three, spelling of his surname differs on the BWM and VM versus the DCM. Un-mounted, light contact and surface wear, cleaned, very fine. Rare.   Footnote: Corporal Chapotera, 1st Battalion, 2nd King's African Rifles, was approved for the DCM on September 21, 1918: "For the display of gallantry and devotion to duty in the field, particularly on 10/5/18 (May 10, 1918) when the Company was opposed by a large force of the enemy. Although the only European in the section of the line had been wounded, he showed great courage and determination in the handling of his Lewis gun displaying undaunted courage throughout the engagement."
