What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

British War Medal (J. 66565 R. LOCK. ORD. R.N.); Victory Medal (J. 66565 R. LOCK. ORD. R.N.); and Naval Long Service and Good Conduct Medal (J. 66565 R. LOCK, A.B. H,M.S. TITANIA). Naming is officially impressed. Mounted to a suspension with swing bar pinback, as worn by the veteran, original ribbons, dark patinas and bruising on the silver BWM and RNLSGCM, very fine. Footnote: The HMS Titania was a merchant ship of 5,250 tons, being built in England for the Austrians when the Great War broke out. She was commandeered and converted for use as a submarine parent ship and was appointed as a depot ship, launched on March 4, 1915 and crewed by 249 men. As an Ordinary Seaman, Lock was awarded the WWI Pair for his Great War service, and later, the RNLSCGM as an Able Seaman while with HMS Titania.
