An honour cross belonging to a member of the FKB (Frontkriegerbund/Front Fighter’s (Veteran’s) League); in silver; the obverse in the shape of a cross pattée with “KFB” in raised lettering on the top three arms, and the date “1914-1918” in raised numbering on the lower arm, and a wreathed enameled German Imperial coat of arms in the centre; vertical pinback; maker marked “Deschler & Sohn, München” and “Gesetzlich Geschützt” on the reverse; measuring 41.06 mm x 41.58 mm; weighing 16.2 grams; extremely fine condition.
