What's a max bid?

A General Göring Officer's Cufftitle - Example as worn on the right forearm by Luftwaffe Officers in the Luftwaffe Regiment "General Goring", instituted on April 1, 1936. The facing is a dark blue, very soft wool that is in excellent condition. The script is produced in a hand embroidered silver aluminum flatwire, while the upper and lower edging is in a silver aluminum braid. It is approximately 44cm long, while the width measures approximately 32mm wide. An excellent example, near mint.
