What's a max bid?

A German Imperial Kreigsmarine Officer's Miniature Dagger - Letter opener measures 183 mm in length with the scabbard on, featuring a 127 mm silvered steel blade, magnetic, with unsharpened edges and a semi-sharp tip, the blade exhibiting overall surface wear, the opener measuring 177 mm and is without its washer. Hilt fittings in copper with a brass-coloured gilt, the crossguard with a tilted anchor insignia in the centre on both sides, the wooden handle painted black, the Imperial crown forming the pommel. The scabbard in copper with a brass-coloured gilt, featuring an ornate design complemented by brass dagger hanger rings, scabbard measuring 133 mm. Gilt wear evident on the opener's fitting and overall on the scabbard. Very fine.
