Hand embroidered in golden and silvery metal wires, on dark brown wool backing, padded, of heavy, solid construction, 110mm x 55mm (4 ¼ x 2 ¼ inches), excellent quality, tunic removed, in extremely fine condition. Footnote: Inspekteur des DRK (German Red Cross Inspector) was a very high ranking DRK Official, equivalent of Army General. A very rare insignia.
