What's a max bid?

Aurich, Dresden” on the reverse. 3) A DLV (Deutscher Luftsportverband/German Air Sports Association) membership badge; horizontal pinback; measuring 24 mm x 11 mm; maker marked “Wilhelm Deumer, Lüdenscheid” and “Ges. Gesch.” on reverse. Overall very fine condition.
