What's a max bid?

A grouping of two WHW (Winterhilfswerk/Winter Relief of the German People) charitable marksmanship event stick pins, consisting of 1) A 1936/1937 WHW Westfalen Opferschiessen stick pin; 50 mm knurled pin; measuring 25 mm x 17 mm. 2) A 1937 WHW Deutscher Schützenverband (German Shooter’s League) Stick Pin; 51 mm knurled pin; measuring 27 mm x 18 mm. Overall very fine condition.
