Constructed of blue machine emrboidery in the form of a standard Luftwaffe eagle, with “L” and “H” embroidered in matching blue threading above the eagle, within an upside-down triangle border, on a black cotton backer; measuring 110 mm x 60 mm; light worn, with some remnants of tape from collector’s mounting stuck to the reverse (removable); in overall near very fine condition.
