A unique Kriegsmarine identification tag; in golden aluminum; stamped “Fritz Mayer M.A. Offizier 1939 R.” (Marine Artillerie/Coastal Artillery) on both sides of the partially cut sides; with numbers “090131” and “409 002” etched into the reverse; with three holes and two partial holes; measuring 50 mm x 33 mm; very fine condition.
