What's a max bid?

1) Set of four Winter Relief of the German People ( Winterhilfswerk des Deutschen Volkes - WHW) donation badges; die stamped bronze-washed steel; vertical pin on back on three - one missing pin; no maker markings; 29 mm x 22 mm. Footnote: This organization wa part of the National Socialist People’s Welfare Organization with the slogan “None shall starve nor freeze” and focused on helping Germans survive the harsh winter months. 2) Set of three Treue um Treue WHW badges - Saar 1935; horizontal pin on back on one, vertical pin on back on other two; no maker markings; 35 mm x 28 mm. 3) Aluminum celebratory badge of the Anschluss of Ostmark/Altreich/Sudetenland; vertical pin on back; maker markings “Schneider, Paderborn”; 34 mm diameter. 4) two unknown badges; one is missing vertical pin, other has broken pin latch. Overall condition of lot - fine.
