A Lot of Four Wartime Heer Photographs
Measuring between 83x59mm and 98x70mm, near extremely fine to near mint condition. The first picture, dated to Biberach in June 1936, shows a small group of very young soldiers with their superior officer. The second picture was taken in Kempten and shows a military band performing. The third picture shows three soldiers in aprons preparing food. The fourth picture shows a group of six soldiers, four of them wearing an Iron Cross 1st Class. On the reverse they are identified by name and rank, and their unit is given as staff of 4th (heavy) motorized, but the unit type is missing. All men are either in the rank of Feldwebel (Sergeant) or Oberfeldwebel (Master Sergeant), and one is a Hauptfeldwebel (Master Staff Sergeant).
