What's a max bid?

A Luftwaffe Afrika Campaign Cufftitle; Other Ranks Version - in dark blue felt backing, with the word Afrika in a block script, machine embroidered in a silvery-grey cotton thread. Approximately measures 48cm (19 inches) in length, and is33mm (1 ) tall; in unworn, mint condition, with bright colors. This cufftitle was instituted on March 6, 1942 and was authorized for wear by all members of Luftwaffe Units that were stationed in North Africa, and by those who were wounded in North Africa. Excellent example.
