What's a max bid?

A Miniature Austrian Order of the Golden Fleece c.1900 - Freck-Style; Finely produced in silver gilt, chain displaying seven insignias, each joined together with dual loops, 9.5 mm x 12.5 mm sheep insignia suspended from the central insignia on the 25 mm x 78 mm chain, 17 mm stickpins at either end, extremely fine.
