What's a max bid?

A set of well preserved, mint, new-old stock, and matching Wehrmacht Tranpsort Unit Unteroffizier shoulder boards; constructed of Feldgrau wool; edged by light blue “Hell blau” Waffenfarbe piping; with tongue attached to the underside of the board; gray cotton reinforcement strip sewn to the tongue on the bottom; measuring 118 mm x 45 mm; mint and unworn condition, slightly salty.
