(Nationalsocialistisches Kraftfahr-Korps = NSKK): Buckle incorporating a two-piece construction, in brass with a silvered NSKK eagle insignia affixed to the centre on the right end, marked with the RZM (Reichszeugmeisterei) insignia on the hook, the buckle measuring 47.7 mm. Brocade dress belt of unknown origin fabricated from fine silver bullion wire on a red embroidered field on the upper, with a strip in the centre incorporating a checkered pattern flanked by strips on either side with repeating angled hooks, red felt underside, a tab with a smooth finished dark brown upper stitched in place on the underside at the left end, the tab with nine rows of two holes each for length adjustment, each of the pair of holes flanked by smaller holes on the outside, emboss stamped with a worn maker's mark and location designation but the letters "TELLS" of the maker's name remains legible, dated "1939" beside the maker's stamp and at the end of the tab stitched to the body of the tab, the belt measuring 50 mm x 1,025 mm. Scattered mothing and streaks of black ink evident in the red felt on the underside, light crazing present on the leather tab. Near extremely fine. This particular belt and buckle is illustrated on page 249 of "Belt Buckles & Brocades of the Third Reich, Revised Edition" by John R. Angolia and came from his personal collection.
