What's a max bid?

Fabricated from green plastic with a gold-coloured paint, unmarked, illustrating an upward pointing sword framed by a wreath of oak leaves, obverse with an Iron Cross 1939 in a circle in the centre, resting upon the sword, flanked by "19" at the left and "40" at the right (1940), reverse with a static swastika in a circle in the centre surrounded by the inscription "SYMBOL WIRD WAFFE" (Symbol Is Weapon), resting upon the sword, 135 mm x 248 mm, four holes in the coupling for attachment to the flagpole, scattered flaking in the gold-coloured paint exposing the green plastic base throughout, crack emanating from one hole on the coupling to the base, very fine.
