What's a max bid?

Aviation Department No. 1 (Verkehrstruppen Flieger Ersatz Abteilung Nr.7): Gray cotton upper, red embroidered winged propeller insignia above the number "1", reinforced button hole at the neck end, trimmed at the shoulder end, gray wool underside, 53 mm x 150.5 mm and 54 mm x 154 mm respectively, very clean, the former with fraying evident on the upper, extremely fine.
