What's a max bid?

Nachrichten Ersatz Abteilung 10 identification tag; in aluminum; stamped “492 5./N.E.A. 10” on both sides of the triple slotted disc; three drill holes, small crack by the upper right drill hole, and a fine 20 mm long crack by the bottom drill hole; measuring 70 mm x 50 mm; very fine condition.
