What's a max bid?

A Second War Kriegsmarine Cape Clasp Set - Two brass gilt lion insignias in high relief, 38.3 mm each, 41.7 mm brass support plates on both, one with all six prongs intact on the reverse, the other with five of six prongs intact, one lion insignia with a raised hook, the other with a loop and attached to an 88 mm brass chain link, the opposite end of which loops over the raised hook for closure at the breast, very light contact, extremely fine.
