Order of the Virtuti Militari, 5th Class (silver with green, white and black enamels, 38.8 mm); Cross of Merit, 3rd Class with Swords (bronze, 40.5 mm x 59 mm inclusive of its crossed swords suspension); and Medal for Long Service, 3rd Class for Ten Tears' Service (bronze, 35 mm). Un-mounted, original ribbons, light contact, near extremely fine. Accompanied by a Certificate from the 1st Officer's Training Battalion (stamped in blue ink a 1st Officers' Training Battalion seal, certificate numbered "12", inscribed "Certified that L/cpl. RZYMEK Jerzy Stefan is entitled to wear VIRTUTI MILITARI / War Office 68 / General / 8070 / A G 4 d." and "Authority - I.T.C. Polish Forces No. 54/46 / COMMANDING OFFICER I.T.C. POLISH FORCES / PESZEK, Col.", stamped in blue ink with the "1st OFFICERS' TRAINING BATTALION" seal, printed in black ink on a white paper stock, 165 mm x 203 mm, fold marks, edge wear and light soiling); and Headquarters 1st Polish Corps Provisional Authority Card (acknowledging that Rzymek had been provisionally awarded the Virtuti Militari, the Cross of Merit with Swords and the Medal for Long Service, dated March 30, 1947, stamped Commander's signature in black ink, stamped in blue ink with the "H.Q. POLISH ARMY CORPS" seal, printed in black ink on a white card stock, 77 mm x 125 mm, fold marks, upper right corner torn off, edge wear and soiling).
