What's a max bid?

Bronze, obverse illustrating an acorn with an oak leaf above, with stylized representations of a town on the left and industry on the right, reverse with the coat-of-arms of Frankfurt an der Oder in the centre with a swastika below, surrounded by the inscription "EHRENGABE DER STADT FRANKFURT", 75.8 mm, very light contact, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, maker emboss stamped "Rud. Schwarz, Magdeberg Abzeichen-Fabrik" on the bottom, recessed medal bed, light contact, case also near extremely fine.
