What's a max bid?

Four rows of silver-coloured threading interlaced with black threading in a u-shape, the threading in a chevron formation, 32 mm x 32.8 mm gilt metal prop and wings insignia affixed to the upper, with a bronze gilt button bearing a crown in the buttonhole for uniform attachment, the button held in place via a toothpick, the sides and underside in white wool with matching strap, 45 mm x 98 mm each, scattered gilt wear evident on both prop and wings insignias, fraying in the silver-coloured threading near the insignia on one board, near extremely fine.
