What's a max bid?

SS Panzer Grenadier Regiment 3 Deutschland; a short, cut off the uniform length cufftitle, measures approximately 13cm (5 inches ) in length, and is approximately 27mm (1 inch) wide; an early, pre-War type, machine woven, RZM pattern, black rayon cufftitle with machine embroidered Gothic script "Deutschland" in silver/grey cotton threads. This textbook cufftitle is bordered at the top and bottom edges in horizontally woven, seven strands, in bright silver/aluminum threads. In worn condition.
