Accompanied by an Award Document named to Sonderführer (Z) Heinz Günther Anger (inscribed "Im Namen des Führers und Obersten Befehlshabers der Wehrmacht verleihe ich dem Sonderführer (Z) Heinz Günther Anger das Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2.Klasse mit Schwertern Hauptquartier des Ob.d.L., den 20. 4. 1943 Der Reichsminister der Luftfahrt und Oberbefehlshaber der Luftwaffe", printed signature of Reichsmarschall Hermann Göring in blue ink, regimental stamp in blue ink and inscribed "(Dienstsiegel)" (official seal) at the bottom left, inscribed "Die erfolgte Verleihung wird beglaubigt: Der Chef des Luftwaffenpersonalamte" with the signature stamp of Generaloberst Bruno Loerzer in faded blue ink at the bottom right, the inscription "General der Flieger" blacked out below, printed in black ink on an off-white paper stock, 148 mm x 210 mm, central horizontal fold mark).
