What's a max bid?

(Steel Helmets): Two-piece constructed insignia consisting of an aluminum "Der Stahlhelm" (Steel Helmets) insignia, on a 59.5 mm x 120.5 mm gilt aluminum insignia illustrating an ornate frame, inscribed "ORTSGRUPPE" above and "GLATZ" below, flanked by two regimental flags on either side, with a wreath composed of oak leaves and laurel leaves below, mounted to a 71 mm x 162 mm aluminum base, marked "R.Z.M." (Reichszeugmeisterei) and maker marked "M34/2" on the longer clip on the reverse, replacement bluish-gray felt backer, with a full-length multi-link magnetic steel chain, scattered gilt wear, light contact, near extremely fine.
