What's a max bid?

1984-Present - 1st Class Breast Star; Multi-piece construction, silver gilt and enamels, hallmarked on the reverse cartouche and pin T. Bichat of Cairo, 79.7 mm x 81.5 mm, vertical pinback flanked by prongs, intact enamels, light contact and gilt wear, better than very fine.
