What's a max bid?

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Two-piece construction, silver gilt insignia, mounted to a seven-pointed silver base, measuring 46 mm (w) x 45.5 mm (h), clipped to its original neck ribbon via a fob, light contact, near extremely fine.

Footnote: The Order of the Volta was instituted in 1960 and is awarded for outstanding service to the country in three classes (Companion, Officer and Member). Both the Officer and Member are worn as neck badges.
