In heavily silvered and gilt bronze with red and white enamels, unmarked, measuring 41.7 mm (w) x 65 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath and laterally-pierced ball suspension, intact enamels, original ribbon with dual prong pinback, extremely fine. Accompanied by a lapel ribbon, marked "Bte S.G.D.G. Br. No. 557.075." on the reverse framework, measuring 20 mm (w) x 3.5 mm (h), in their hardshelled case of issue, pebbled pecan brown exterior, Moroccan coat-of-arms on the lid in gold-coloured ink, inside lid in white nylon, padded and maker marked "ARTHUS BERTRAND Paris", medal bed with a raised platform in off-white felt, measuring 67 mm (w) x 130 mm (h) x 31 mm (d), case also extremely fine.
Footnote: The Order of Ouissam Alaouite (AKA Sharifian Order of Al-Alaoui) is a military decoration of Morocco which is bestowed by the King of Morocco upon those civilians and military officers who have displayed heroism in combat or have contributed meritorious service to the Moroccan state. The decoration was established on January 11, 1913 in replacement of the Order of Ouissam Hafidien. It is awarded in five classes: Grand Cross, Grand Officer, Commander, Officer and Knight.
