What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

In red, green, yellow, blue, white and black embroidery, on a black wool base, slightly padded, stamped in white ink with an "H C" over an "H" within a circle on the black mesh backer, measuring 108 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), traces of glue residue evident on the reverse from previous board mounting, extremely fine.
