Nishan al-Iftikhar. Instituted in 1843. 3rd Model, Type VII with Cypher of Ahmad II ibn Ali (1929-1942). In silver, green enamelled centrepiece, the star points in red and light green lacquer, with three faceted rays between each star point, locally dual hallmarked with the profile of a right-facing man on the ring, measuring 47.2 mm (w) x 68.5 mm (h) inclusive of its bow suspension, crazing and chipping evident in the lacquered star points, original ribbon, very fine.
