What's a max bid?

Of multi-piece construction, Gold and blue enamels, weighing 17.4 grams with the ribbon on, numbered "2991" and maker marked "BAILEY, BANKS & BIDDLE PHILA" (Philadelphia) on the reverse of the eagle suspension, obverse illustrating a Continental soldier in an oval frame, overlaying a navy blue scalloped base, surrounded by thirteen raised gold stars, reverse illustrating the right-facing bust of George Washington surrounded by the inscription "SONS OF THE REVOLUTION 1883", 29.7 mm x 44.3 mm inclusive of its standing drop-winged eagle suspension, extremely fine.
