Measuring 209x296mm, better than very fine condition with folding crease, light scuffing and creasing, and two punched holes. It states that Unteroffizier (NCO) Walter Schmidt of the 2nd Battery of Reserve Anti-Aircraft Detachment 542 has successfully participated in a seminar for Fernsprechunteroffiziere der Flakartillerie (teletype NCOs of the anti-aircraft artillery) between March 27 and May 22, 1941. The course took place at the Air Signals School in Halle/Saale (eastern Germany). The document is dated to June 15, 1941 and signed by proxy for Major and Commander Sonntag by a Senior Lieutenant.
