What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

An Early 1933 Studio Portrait of an SS Member

Dated 1933 on reverse, measuring 8.8x13.9mm; A personal Christmas picture postcard from a young SS man. His name is Willy, short for Wilhelm. On the back of the card it says “Weihnachten 1933” (Christmas), and “von deinem Willy”: Yours, Willy. Presumably the picture was sent to either his girlfriend/wife or a family member, possibly his mother.
